If your profit exceeds 5% over the last 12 months, we charge 1.5% of your portfolio's value at the end of that period.​​​​​​

We charge a one-time fee equivalent to 2% of the property's purchase value.

Investing in bonds

 

If your profit is less than 5% over the last 12 months, you owe us nothing.

If your profit exceeds 5% over the last 12 months, we charge 0.75% of your portfolio's value at the end of that period.
