Why don't we advise on Vietnamese real estate? This is a question that comes up often with our prospective clients. The reason is actually quite simple. Our company's objective is not to provide investment advises in Vietnam but instead to find the best investment opportunities worldwide. We believe that Vietnamese stock markets are really attractive but we are less excited about the Vietnamese real estate market due to the current high prices.
