Houston property prices are at all-time highs. As you know by now, at Anh Thomas Investment we like to define us as contrarian investors so it could appear strange that we are still bullish on Houston’s real estate market.. but we definitely are! Despite the record prices, once having taken into account several factors such as rents, local incomes, local property taxes, we have little doubt that investment in a Houston rental property still makes a great investment.
