Vietnamese property prices

It is difficult to obtain precise data about Vietnamese property prices. The market is unique in many ways. However, some things remain as expected. Prices in cities are much higher than in provinces. At the present time, foreigners are not allowed to own land in Vietnam. To be more precise, they can own a house but not the land on which it is built.
