Writer's picture: AdminAdmin

We recently read an interesting article about the History of the Vietnamese stock markets. Indeed, 18 years ago, on July the 20th, Vietnam opened its first stock exchange. At the time, the Vietnam exchange-listed only two stocks: Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Corporation and Telecommunication Material Joint Stock Company and Foreign investors were initially limited to just 20% ownership of Vietnamese equities. Today, the exchange has 396 listings and a total market cap of $148 billion.
